These forms are to be used to apply for grants to take classes at the indicated classes ONLY. Grants are not available for any other schools or courses.

The grants are for two-thirds reimbursement of class fees. You will have to pay the class fee in full in advance, and then you will be reimbursed by CSATTF upon successful completion.

  1. Before you complete and submit this form, contact the school to determine if the class you are interested in is what you're looking for, if it will be available on a day and time when you can take it*, and if you meet the prerequisites. Class descriptions are available on the schools' websites.

  2. Remember that grant approvals expire ninety days after they are issued, so please do not apply for more classes than you can reasonably expect to begin in that period. If you are approved for reimbursement and then cannot take the class, please inform CSATTF immediately so the funds can be used for another grant applicant.

  3. Once the school has confirmed that the class(es) you want are available, fill out the appropriate reimbursement forms. Ignore all references to the "IATSE Basic Agreement" or the "online roster". You will have to show proof of employment at an employer signed to a TAG or IATSE contract. Non-union employment does not count. These classes are open to the public, but these grants are for TAG members and those with experience at TAG employers. You must complete one application for each class you wish to take.

  4. Return the completed applications(s) to:
