WCC: Putluck in the Park
Howdy Writers' Craft Committee!
We are back in 2025 with another fun event in the park! This time, join us for a POTLUCK at Johnny Carson Park in Burbank on Saturday, May 17th from 12pm-4pm.
Got a favorite family recipe? Something new you stumbled upon on insta or TikTok? Ready to flex your catering skills from the LA side-gig hustle? Bring it!
Please RSVP HERE no later than Friday, May 9th.
For those who can attend, please bring a dish that can feed 6-8 people and make sure to note what you're bringing in your RSVP below so we can ensure there aren't too many duplicates!
(Also, in keeping with our field day tradition – please feel free to bring any lawn games!)
PARKING: You can park on Bob Hope Dr or Parkside Ave around the park, or in the Johnny Carson Park lot which is oddly hidden in an alleyway off of Buena Vista St. by Providence High school. Google Maps will take you there if you copy/paste these coordinates: 34.15397840451953, -118.32794989036942
RESTROOMS: Public facilities located right next to our picnic area.
