Ballot Information 2025

Ballots for the 2025 Animation Guild Officer Election will be mailed out on Tues., Oct. 14, 2025 to the address you have on file with the Union. If you have recently moved, please update your address here.

Voter Eligibility

All Active members in Good Standing are eligible to vote. Ballots are sent to all TAG members who are eligible to vote and to members who can reinstate to become eligible to vote by Fri., Nov. 7, 2025. This means if you are currently on Withdrawal or Suspension you also will receive a ballot. But your ballot will not be counted unless you become eligible to vote.

If you would like to exercise your democratic rights within the Union to vote, all of your dues/fees must be paid in full (zero balance owing) by 3 p.m. on Fri., Nov. 7, 2025 in order for your vote to count. You can find the deadlines for reinstatement to make sure you are eligible to vote on our Voter Eligibility page.

Request a Duplicate Ballot

If you do not receive your ballot in the mail, and you believe you are eligible to vote, please contact the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Elections Administrator, Robi Rivera, at 626-260-7700 or email Robiriv11@gmail.com to request a duplicate ballot. The last date you can request a duplicate ballot is Fri., Oct. 31, 2025.

Mailing Your Ballot

Please remember to mail your ballot following the instructions that are supplied with your voting materials. Mail your ballot no later than Nov. 3 to allow time for it to be delivered! Ballots must be received at AAA’s P.O. Box by 3 p.m. on Fri., Nov. 7, 2025. If you believe your ballot will not delivered on time, you can drop it off in person no later than 3 p.m. on Fri., Nov. 7, 2025 at the following post office:

Ballots will be counted at the American Arbitration Association on Sat., Nov. 8, 2025. TAG membership will be notified of the election outcome by Mon., Nov. 10, 2025.
