Young Workers Committee (LA)
Last month, the LA YWC held their first committee meeting of the year at Burbank Town Center mall in the food court. They discussed affordable in-person events they will be looking to host this year. Young Workers Committee (NYC)
In April, NYC Young Workers hosted a successful Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament. They exceeded attendance expectations and had engaging conversations with unit members discussing hosting other similar tournaments down the line. For May, the committee plans to host a more casual get-together at Pier 57 and hopes to use this gathering to discuss the upcoming ratification of their second contract.
