Up until recently, only your employer could pre-qualify you for training classes. That has changed!
In the past, this process (of providing proof of 30 days worked in the past two years) was tied to registering for Skills Training. Now, TAG 839 members can prove eligibility for Skills Training through Contract Services even if they aren’t registering for a class.
First, check the list to see if you’ve been pre-qualified by your employer:
- Not on the list? You are not pre-qualified. Provide proof of 30 days worked in the past two years to qualify. Click here for more information.
- On the list and within the 90 day timeline to complete Harassment Prevention training, you are eligible for Skills Training
- On the list and have completed the Harassment Prevention training, you are eligible for Skills Training
- On the list but past the 90 day timeline to complete Harassment Prevention training (red background), you must complete it first and then you will be eligible for Skills Training.
