BIO: Ellen is the Head of Artistic Recruiting at Titmouse where she champions diverse talent into leadership positions and runs the internship program. Prior to pivoting into recruiting, she interned at Pixar, directed 2D and 3D animated projects for clients like Nickelodeon, NBA and TED-Ed and taught at the School of Visual Arts. She is passionate about nonprofit work, previously volunteering her time organizing for Women in Animation and now sits on the board of Titmouse Foundation where they provide scholarships and educational resources to underrepresented artists.
