All TAG members are welcome to join the Young Worker’s Committee for a Co-Working event at The Animation Guild on Thurs., Aug. 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bring your own projects and materials. Focus together and get some socializing in! Snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided.
1. PARKING
Please do not block cars. If there is not a parking space do not park behind someone.
2. BUILDING ACCESS
Attendees are asked to stay in Hulett Hall. No wandering around the building and not into the back area where we are having renovations done.
3. MATERIALS
Attendees need to bring their own supplies including pens, pencils, paper, outlets/power strips, device adapters/chargers, and extension cords.
4. ROOM SET UP
The room needs to stay as is (tables and chairs) for negotiations or needs to be set back to its initial set-up before attendees leave.
5. SOUND
Attendees are welcome to play music or movies but should not be heard by or disturb the downstairs office during business hours.
