ABOUT THE CENTER FOR INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING:

Founded in 1977, The Center For Investigative Reporting (CIR) is the nation’s first independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan media organization dedicated to public service journalism.  Unafraid to challenge the status quo, CIR holds people accountable for wrongdoing, particularly when it affects those least able to fight back.

The aim of this gallery is to raise awareness and support an organization that has continued to initiate action enhance lives, and defend our democracy.

Participating artists are donating artwork to be sold to the public.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Center For Investigative Reporting.
