The Collective Bargaining Agreements require Union employers to fund job-related training programs for eligible industry employees. The Contract Services Administration Trust Fund (CSATF) that oversees these programs is controlled by Contract Services. Some of the programs are mandated by law, such as Harassment Prevention Training and COVID-19 Prevention Training. At this time, due to the pandemic, CSATF Skills Training programs are suspended, but you can learn more about other free skills training programs here.
