The Collective Bargaining Agreements require union employers to fund job-related training programs for eligible industry employees. The Contract Services Administration Trust Fund (CSATF) that oversees these programs is controlled by Contract Services. Unfortunately, these training programs have been temporarily suspended due to the pandemic. However, the Guild is offering select free training courses for members and other resources.
