A New Member is in the process of paying off their initiation fees. A new member becomes an active member when:
- All initiation fees are paid in full.
- The official membership application form is filled out and submitted to TAG.
-
- As soon as initiation fees are paid in full, TAG will submit the application to the IATSE General office. (IATSE is TAG’s parent union.)
-
- Once the IATSE approves and stamps the membership application, the member will be invited to be sworn in at the bi-monthly General Membership Meeting. At this point, they will be an Active Member in Good Standing.
If you go on Honorable Withdrawal while you are a new member, you are on Uninitiated Honorable Withdrawal.
If you go on Suspension while you are a new member, you are on Uninitiated Suspension.
New members are Not in Good Standing.
