Important Ballot Information

Ballots for the 2022 Animation Guild Officer Election were mailed out on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 to the address you have on file with the Union.

If you do not receive your ballot in the mail and you believe you are eligible to vote, please contact the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Elections Administrator, Robi Rivera at (626) 260-7700 or email Robiriv11@gmail.com to request a duplicate ballot. Please note: Monday, October 31, 2022 is the last date you can request a duplicate ballot.

We have sent ballots to all TAG members who can become eligible to vote by November 9, 2022. This means if you are currently on Withdrawal or Suspension and would like to exercise your democratic rights within the Union, you must pay all your dues/fees by 5 p.m. on November 9, 2022 in order for your vote to count.

Please remember to mail your ballot following the instructions that are supplied with your voting materials. Remember, please allow time for mail to be delivered! Ballots must be received at AAA’s P.O. Box by 5 p.m. on November 10, 2022.
