For TAG members who receive printed payroll checks through Entertainment Partners (EP), beginning April 6, 2026, payroll checks from EP will arrive in envelopes that look different from what you’re accustomed to receiving. These changes are part of ongoing security enhancements designed to protect your pay from mail theft.
What’s changing:
- EP payroll envelopes will no longer have a company logo or familiar return address.
- The return address will be a PO Box only (see envelope below).
- The envelope window will be smaller to make it harder to see that it contains a check.
New EP payroll envelopes will look like this:
Because this envelope will not be familiar, please be careful after April 6 to ensure that you do not discard envelopes that may contain payroll checks.
In addition, the check stock itself will include enhanced security features.
Payroll timing and processing will remain the same.
