Renting Hulett Hall

Are you interested in renting Hulett Hall at The Animation Guild for an event for your organization or nonprofit? This space can be set up in a variety of ways, including classroom style or theater style with rows of chairs facing a small stage. It can also be used for social events such as mixers with access to a small kitchen. It is ADA-compliant with elevator access to the second floor. 

Capacity: 100 in person

For hybrid meetings, TAG will provide the Zoom link for either webinar or meeting mode.

Available Audio/Visual Equipment:

  • 3 microphones (3 tabletop stands, 1 standing stand)
  • Big screen (renter must supply own PC or Mac laptop or device.)

Available Room Equipment:

  • Chairs (90)
  • 5-foot wooden circular tables (8)
  • 6-foot wooden rectangular tables (6)
  • 8-foot plastic rectangular tables (4)

Pricing: 
First two hours: $275
Each additional hour: $135

Discount for non-profit groups and animation and labor-related events:

First two hours: $275
Each additional hour: $70
