After 50 years in animation, Dennis Venizelos decided to follow his passion for watercolor. The result are the paintings on exhibit in his Gallery 839 show.

Venizelos started his animation career as a Storyboard Artist on Scooby-Doo, Where are You? As a Background Designer, he worked on such films as Iron Giant, Osmosis Jones, FernGully: The Last Rainforest, and My Little Pony. An acclaimed Art Director in the field of TV animation, he is a four-time Emmy Award winner for his work on the Muppet Babies series.
