This is an opt-out class action, meaning if you meet both of these criteria there is no action required on your part to take part in the settlement. However if you have not received any paperwork regarding this lawsuit, you might have out-of-date contact information, in which case the Animation Guild encourages you to reach out to the Class Action Administration at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information as soon as possible:
- Current phone number and mailing address
- Studio you worked at and your job title
- Time frame of your employment at the studio
